Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026 · Version v1 · Operated by Pat Morrison

1. The test

Carryall is an early, invite-only test of a personal organizing app. Access is approved by hand and may be limited, changed or ended at any time. Features may change, break or be removed while we learn what works.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account and devices. Keep your devices secure, and sign out of devices you no longer use (Settings → Account). You must be at least 13 years old.

3. Your content

You own what you put in Carryall. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service to you — including sending it to our service providers when you use features that need them (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your own copies of anything important; this is a test.

4. Fair use and limits

Each plan has limits — for example storage, file size, daily captures, texts and emails in, and AI use. Limits keep Carryall affordable and reliable for everyone. Please don't:

We may pause or end accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.

5. Free during the test; paid plans later

Carryall is free during the test. We may later introduce paid plans or change what each plan includes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice in the app or by message before you'd need to pay anything, and you'll never be charged without signing up for a paid plan yourself. If you don't, your account may move to a free plan with smaller limits (for example, without texting or emailing things in).

6. Text messages

If you opt in, the SMS Terms apply. Reply STOP to stop messages at any time.

7. No warranty

Carryall is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content will never be lost.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pat Morrison is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Carryall in the 12 months before the claim (during the free test, $0).

9. Ending

You can stop using Carryall at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end the test or your access; if we end the service, we'll try to give you notice and a way to export your content.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
