Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026 · Version v1 · Operated by Pat Morrison

Carryall is a personal organizing app in a small test. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Short version: your notes are yours, we don't sell anything, and we only use your information to run Carryall for you.

What we collect

How we use it

Only to provide and improve Carryall for you: storing and showing your content, routing your texts and emails to your account, applying plan limits, keeping the service secure, and sending account or program messages you agreed to. We do not use your content for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a few service providers, only to run Carryall:

We do not sell your personal information. Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest by our cloud provider. Each person's data is kept separately and is accessible only to their own signed-in account. Logins are per device and can be signed out. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't store passwords, card numbers or government ID numbers in Carryall.

Your choices

Retention

We keep your content while your account is active. If your account is closed (by you, or by us if the test ends or terms are broken), we hold it for 90 days, email you before deleting it, and then delete it. Text-message consent records are kept as long as needed to show you agreed.

Children

Carryall is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app or by message before it takes effect.
